Market and visibility analysis

Where does your company stand on Google, in AI answers and against your competitors?

I research what people in your market search for, who ranks above you on Google and which companies ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity recommend. Then I hold your own numbers up against the market. You get the result as a dashboard, and we go through it together in a meeting.

In the check, we agree on the question your analysis should answer.

The starting point

Customer numbers here, website traffic there

Your customer numbers sit in the CRM, website traffic in Google Analytics, the ad budget in Google Ads. You only see whether it all adds up once someone puts the numbers side by side.

  • What I do

I hold your customer numbers up against website traffic, market size and ad budget.

  • What changes

Every action on the list has a number and a source behind it.

  • What you get

You know which issue to tackle first, and why.

Research

Four sources, one guiding question

01

Your numbers

Customer base, revenue by product and what you know about your ideal customers. Everything else is measured against this.

02

Your exports

Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads show where your visitors come from and what a click costs you.

03

My own research

I crawl your website, measure load times, pull search volume, rankings and backlinks for your competitors, read reviews and ask every AI system the same test questions.

04

My own calculations

How much of the market you reach today and what 1,000 visits to your website are worth.

Dashboard

Six questions, in the order of the meeting

01

Do people find us online?

Channels, ads, search terms and pages, plus every AI system on its own.

02

How do customers see us?

Reviews and what the one-star reviews say, sorted by topic.

03

Who are our customers?

Target groups, product lines and how they compare with your ideal customer profile.

04

Where is our market?

Market sizes, company size bands and the potential you don’t reach yet.

05

How healthy is the website?

Tech, errors and every page on its own.

06

What do we do now?

Actions, data gaps and risks.

You can read the summary in three minutes, the full line of evidence in twenty.

How it works

From the guiding question to the meeting

  1. 01

    Set the guiding question

In the free 30-minute check we agree on the question the analysis should answer, for example: who is our ideal customer, and do we reach them?

  2. 02

    Collect the data

You send customer numbers and exports, I gather the rest myself: crawl, search data, competitors, reviews and AI test questions.

  3. 03

    Analyze

I run the comparisons, write down findings and actions, and point out where data is missing.

  4. 04

    Walk through it together

In the meeting we click through the dashboard, from the first question to the actions. Afterwards it stays available to you.

FAQ

Questions about the analysis

A dashboard in your browser, protected by a password. It answers six questions, from “Do people find us online?” to “What do we do now?” Every page names the source of its data, and anything that could not be measured is listed openly as a data gap. We go through the dashboard together in a meeting.

My own research takes two to three days. How long the whole analysis takes and what it costs depends on the guiding question and your data. After the free 30-minute check you get a written quote with price and timeline.

Customer numbers, for example by group or product, and exports from Google Analytics, Search Console and your ad accounts. Anything you have already written down about your ideal customers helps too. If something is missing, I calculate without it and flag the gap in the dashboard.

Only people with the password. The dashboard sits on Cloudflare as a finished page and loads nothing when it opens. If you like, it runs in your own Cloudflare account.

The dashboard is a snapshot, with the date on every page. That way it still shows in two years what was true at the meeting. If you want to see what has changed, we repeat the analysis with the same questions.

The last question in the dashboard is “What do we do now?” and it lists the actions. If you want, I implement some of them myself, such as AI visibility, server-side tracking or technical SEO. Your team or your agency handles the rest.
