The starting point
Inquiries by email, quotes in Word
Inquiries arrive as form emails, quotes get written in Word, appointments live in the calendar, invoices in the accounting software. Anyone who wants to know where an order stands has to ask.
I build a system in which every case has a stage, from the inquiry to the payment.

Questions about web apps and CRM
Why not HubSpot, Pipedrive or other off-the-shelf software?
If off-the-shelf software covers your process, I’ll tell you in the free 30-minute check, and you save yourself the development. Custom software pays off when your process has rules that standard software doesn’t know, such as your own fee rules, expert reports as PDFs or portals for partners.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare: the database in Cloudflare D1, documents in Cloudflare R2. R2 can be set to keep data in the EU, and that is how the WertBasis CRM is set up. If you prefer, everything runs in your own Cloudflare account.
How do users sign in?
Through Cloudflare Access, with a one-time code sent to their email address. Your staff and partners don’t have to manage passwords for it.
Can the software connect to my accounting?
Yes, if your accounting software has an interface. The WertBasis CRM syncs customers with Lexware and collects signatures digitally through inSign.
What does a web app cost?
That depends on how many stages, roles and integrations it needs. After the free 30-minute check you get a written quote.
