Questions about mentoring

No. Only Webflow decides who gets accepted, and nobody can promise you that, not even me. In mentoring, we work on removing the typical reasons for rejection from your portfolio. You decide when to apply. I’ll tell you honestly whether I think your portfolio is ready.

In my experience, it’s usually one of five reasons: the projects are based on templates, the design uses colors and fonts inconsistently, the pages load slowly or lack SEO basics, alt text is missing and contrast is too low, or the portfolio shows demo projects instead of real client projects. You can fix each of these before you apply.

For Webflow developers and freelancers who want to apply to become a Webflow Partner or build their projects without templates from now on. You should already use Webflow in your day-to-day work. You’ll pick up HTML, CSS and JavaScript during mentoring as you need them, so you don’t have to rely on the Webflow Designer’s point-and-click options for custom solutions.

We meet regularly by video call and work on your own projects. Between sessions, you get tutorial videos and code snippets, and you ask your questions on the Discord server. I’ll give you a price after the free 30-minute check, tailored to your level and your timeline.
