Questions about web apps and CRM
Why not HubSpot, Pipedrive or other off-the-shelf software?
If off-the-shelf software covers your process, I’ll tell you in the free 30-minute check, and you save yourself the development. Custom software pays off when your process has rules that standard software doesn’t know, such as your own fee rules, expert reports as PDFs or portals for partners.
Where is my data stored?
On Cloudflare. The database and documents are stored there, and the data can stay in the EU if you want. If you prefer, everything runs in your own Cloudflare account.
How do users sign in?
Through Cloudflare Access, with a one-time code sent to their email address. Your staff and partners don’t have to manage passwords for it.
Can the software connect to my accounting?
Yes, if your accounting software has an interface. A CRM I built syncs customers with the accounting software and collects signatures digitally.
What does a web app cost?
That depends on how many stages, roles and integrations it needs. After the free 30-minute check you get a written quote.
